DESCRIPTION:Western Dressage is a discipline that challenges you to be better  and more subtle in your communication with your horse .  We will study the gaits and balance needed to execute some of the upper level maneuvers.   We will learn about how our equitation can help r hinder our horse from being the best it can be. – I know you are ready for some more advanced things to think about and practice. DESCRIPTION:BACK BY POPULAR DEMAND! \nAre you ready for some NEXT LEVEL riding techniques? \nWe will be studying refinement in your riding. Better softness\, how to maintain fluid\, smooth and consistency in our movement at different gaits\, and body control. As always we will start with some ground work for softness and focus. Then get right into the saddle. Some of the specifics we will cover will be: What is good movement? How to rate speed (slow medium and fast) in a single gait. Soft willing horses\, through flexion and giving at the poll. Great stops and better backups.  Body control\, hindquarters separate from the fronts and fronts separate from the hinds. And working into lateral controls for sidepass and leg yields.
